Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Age: 55 Years Maximum
• Education: M.Phil/Master's in Education (M.Ed) or Master's in a core subject English/ Sciences/ Math/ Humanities.
• Cambridge training/certification preferred: Cambridge PDQs, Leadership/School Management courses, Assessment/Exam Administration training
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in education sector, including minimum 5 years proven leaderships experience as a Principal.
• Cambridge O Level expertise: hands-on experience in Cambridge schools (planning, timetabling, assessments, exam operations, results management); program launch experience is a strong advantage.
