Key Responsibilities:
To ensure continuous improvement and enhancement of program quality by conducting program reviews in alignment with PREE standards, preparing yearly progress reports for submission to HEC, overseeing NUST rankings such as QS, THE, and similar frameworks, managing data submissions to the Higher Education Data Repository (HEDR) under the HEC Statistical Unit, and organizing workshops and seminars to foster QA contributions at national and international levels through active participation and presentations at conferences.
a) Conduct comprehensive program reviews for all NUST programs to ensure alignment with PREE standards.
b) Prepare yearly progress reports and ensure their timely submission to HEC.
c) Oversee and manage NUST rankings, including QS, THE, and other relevant ranking frameworks.
d) Compile and submit accurate data to the Higher Education Data Repository (HEDR) under the HEC Statistical Unit.
e) Plan and coordinate workshops and seminars to promote QA contributions at national and international levels.
f) Represent NUST by participating in and presenting at national and international conferences.
g) Drive continuous quality assurance improvement initiatives across programs.
h) Carry out administrative tasks concerning Directorate of Quality Assurance.
i) Any other task as assigned by the Director

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Qualification: Master’s in sciences/social sciences (18 Years of education) from HEC recognized university.
Experience:
Essential Minimum of seven (07) years of experience in Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at an HEC-recognized university or institute.
DesirableTen (10) years of experience in Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at an HEC-recognized university or institute.
General Conditions:

Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations.
