Job Description:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven support systems for ticket triage, routing, and automated resolution
- Build, manage, and continuously optimize knowledge bases and training datasets to improve AI accuracy and performance
- Develop real-time analytics dashboards and automate support workflows, including SLA monitoring and reporting
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to translate root cause analyses into scalable AI automation solutions
Requirements:
- Open to APAC-based candidates, 45 years old and below
- Minimum 3 years in AI/ML engineering, support automation, or data engineering
- Proven experience building AI-powered support tools such as chatbots, NLP categorization, and auto-resolution systems
- Strong knowledge of AI-driven automation, workflow optimization, and support operations systems
Salary:
USD 2,000 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
