- Monitor and assist phone bankers in their assigned tasks.
- Ensure high self-knowledge on all products & processes. Awareness of all ADC products & processes and sustainable knowledge thereof.
- Identify areas where phone bankers are facing challenges to overcome them.
- Manage shift staff as per schedule and plan alternatives, as per requirement.
