Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Role Requirements 3–5 years' experience in Brand Communications, social media, Influencer Marketing, PR or Digital Marketing with proven track record of delivering measurable brand, social and business impact. Experience in beauty, luxury or premium consumer brands preferred. Deep understanding and experience with Southeast Asia's creator and social ecosystem (Instagram, Tiktok, Reddit, X) with instinct for what earns attention, drives conversations and builds communities. Passion to bring to life high-impact, social first and disruptive communication Experience supporting reputation management, issues and crisis communications Excellent writing, storytelling and editorial judgment, with experience managing diverse stakeholders across teams Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and timelines while delivering with excellence Strong operational discipline with experience managing budgets, trackers, governance and agency partners while driving execution with precision and accountability. AI-curious with hands on experience using AI tools to enhance communication with winning AEO/GEO visibility, content development or workflow efficiency Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
