Role Requirements: -
• Good understanding of General Ledger accounting in D365 framework.
• Fair exposure in working with the statutory auditors and the group auditors for the purpose of audit.
• Basic understanding of Financial statements for various Intl entities.
• Fair understanding of US GAAP and Local GAAP for Intl countries.
• Strong accounting background and work experience
• Collaboration with Global finance team based out of different Geographies for arranging audit PBCs.
• Collaborate with Corporate Teams & External consultants for preparation & filing of Company Financials & other compliances.
• Help manager to drive process improvement initiatives by applying strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Up to date with historic & upcoming accounting changes and ensure our processes & methodologies are in compliance with those.
• Ensure timely compliances, statutory filings and best practice implementation across the globe.
• Stay updated with statutory & financial reporting requirement changes and prepare well in advance for timely adoption of same in coordination with the manager.
• Assisting with functional deliverables for various audits and ensure necessary measures and changes are incorporated to conclude earlier observations & avert future findings.
• Maintain STAT books in accordance to local laws, GAAP & STAT requirement
• Develop various dashboards for management reporting.
Required Qualifications:-
