Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree preferably in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in the relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
• Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in HR, finance, administration, or corporate services, preferably in public sector or regulatory organizations, with:
  • Proven track record managing HR, finance, and administrative functions.
  • Strong understanding of public-sector regulations, procurement rules, and financial management.
  • Experience managing budgets, conducting financial planning, and cost management.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and performance management systems.
  • Experience setting up new organizations or managing organizational restructuring.

• Authority may grant a special talent allowance, up to 100% of approved pay, to individuals with rare, specialized expertise and relevant international experience.
• Pay package for the post of Managing Director will be determined in line with the market standard, internal parity and requisite qualification, competencies and experience.
