Job Description / Notes:

Coordination with End user, in house Design team, consultants/contractors and other stake holders related to construction works.
Verification of Contractors/ consultant’s invoices and variations.
Monitor project progress and high light issues that may impact the project.
Prepare construction schedule & ensure to meet the deadlines.
Make sure Safety precautions/measures in place & quality standards are met during project’s execution.
Ensure proper documentation & reports of all engineering activities.
Prepare BOQs (bill of quantities) of the projects.
Data gathering from site to prepare tender documents for new projects
Supervise the construction activities on site as per given Specifications in drawings & BOQ.
Measure and value the actual work done on site against WO/BOQ
Verify site levels & dimension as per drawing
Make sure all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Check & test the construction material as per specifications
Placement of all furniture & general equipment as per layout
Assist & guide the contractors about work plan, drawings detail & specifications to ensure smooth working as per drawings
Assist the CAD operator to prepare plan, sections, as-built drawings.
Prepare & update daily, weekly & monthly progress report.
