Join Our Team The Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero seeks a Turndown Attendant to join our talented team! We are looking for individuals with not only the right skills but also the right attitude for the role! Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Has a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet. Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot. Removes Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed. Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens. Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests. Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed. Complies with Four Seasonsâ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Reading, written and oral proficiency in the English language is required Viable candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year of housekeeping experience, luxury hotel preferred Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high-volume operation Must be able to prioritize and multi-task Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays High school educations or equivalent experience is preferred Working at Four Seasons Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of â an opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.
