Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Degree in Law, Accounting Sciences, or Business Administration.
- Consistent experience leading projects involving direct tax calculation, developing tax planning strategies aligned with each client's global needs, and tax consulting.
- Experience with Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ) / Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL), Social Integration Program (PIS), and Contribution for the Financing of Social Security (COFINS), with strong knowledge of other taxes (e.g., Withholding Tax - IRRF, Contribution for Intervention in the Economic Domain - CIDE).
- Experience with tax calculation review.
- Experience with investment funds.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a differential.
- Ability to manage 3 to 4 simultaneous projects.
- Advanced English.
