About the role: The Bar Manager leads the overall bar operation, setting the vision for beverage excellence while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and team engagement. This role combines strategic oversight with handsâon leadership, balancing creativity, operational discipline, and people development in a luxury hospitality environment. As a key member of the Food & Beverage leadership team, the Bar Manager is responsible for defining the bar identity, driving innovation in the beverage program, and maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and professionalismâtrue to Four Seasons values and The Golden Rule.
