Responsibilities Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals Collaborating with multi-functional teams to develop strategies and plans Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell mutually effective business plans Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new insights Job Qualifications Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or NZ Resident A degree in commerce or a business-related discipline is preferred but not essential Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in an Account Manager role, FMCG desirable Must have an Australian’s Driver's License What you will bring: A strong ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships A collaborative team player with a real passion for winning and thrive in a past paced environment An understanding of key financial metrics and the commercial levers to influence them Possess an analytical mind, who can think strategically and foster innovation in all areas of their work About Us We produce globally recognized brands and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
