Eligibility Criteria
MS (Equivalent to 18 Years of education) in Statistics and Data Analytical Sciences, Applied Statistics, Bio Statistics, Spatial Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Business Analytics, Computational Statistics, or a closely related field from an HEC-recognized university. The terminal degree must be duly attested by HEC. In the case of a foreign qualification, an HEC equivalence certificate is mandatory.
Additional Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate courses in Strong academic background in Statistics and Data Analytical Science with solid understanding of probability, statistical inference, and applied modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in analytical and programming tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Stata, SPSS, and/or SAS.
- Experience with online teaching platforms, learning management systems, and digital educational technologies will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong communication, research, and teamwork skills with the ability to contribute to curriculum development and departmental activities.
- Candidates with relevant industry exposure, professional certifications, or applied research experience in data analytics and related fields will be given preference.
The selected candidate should be capable of contributing effectively to the teaching, research, innovation, and academic development initiatives of the Department of Statistics and Data Analytical Sciences (SDAS).
