Job Description:
- · Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications to ensure optimal performance and user accessibility.
- · Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
- · Provide support for application-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolving problems promptly.
- · Monitor the performance of software applications, identify issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.
- · Monitor system performance and ensure the timely resolution of IT-related issues.
- · Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity.
- · Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- · Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to staff regarding IT-related queries and the use of applications.
- · Manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate records of hardware, software, and licenses.
- · Perform regular maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and networking devices.
