The position of Functional Data & Systems Administrator is attached to the Finance function of PwC France & Maghreb, under the direct responsibility of the Transformation Financial Controller Project Manager, himself reporting to the Director of Operations Transformation. This role involves enhancing financial data integrity, automating financial processes, and supporting the technological evolution within PwC France & Maghreb.

Responsabilités principales
- Mettre à jour et fiabiliser les données relatives aux cost centers et profit centers dans les systèmes financiers.
- Assurer la gestion du rattachement hiérarchique des comptes ainsi que des profit centers afin de garantir la cohérence des référentiels organisationnels.
- Maintenir à jour les taux de facturation standard et les cost rates des ressources PwC par grade et profit center, via des chargements de fichiers ou des actions ponctuelles sur les systèmes.
- Assurer la maintenance centralisée des codes projets internes et externes.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et à l’automatisation des processus de gestion et de contrôle via l’utilisation de Power BI, Power Query et l’implémentation de solutions d’automatisation (RPA) entre Excel et SAP.
- Contrôler et suivre des indicateurs financiers clés, et mettre en place des automatisations pour fiabiliser les contrôles.
- Participer à l’évolution des outils et référentiels de gestion de données.
Environnement technique
- Utilisation avancée d’Excel (formules, TCD, macros, VBA).
- Expérience de travail sur SAP (modules FI/CO appréciés, sans nécessité de maîtrise approfondie).
- Développement de solutions d’automatisation avec Power Query, Power BI et outils RPA.
- Pratique d’Anaplan pour la gestion et la planification financière.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et utilisation de Copilot pour optimiser les tâches quotidiennes.

Main Responsibilities:
- Update and ensure the reliability of data relating to cost centers and profit centers in financial systems.
- Manage the hierarchical attachment of accounts and profit centers to ensure the consistency of organizational repositories.
- Maintain standard billing rates and cost rates for PwC resources by grade and profit center, via file uploads or ad hoc actions on systems.
- Ensure centralized maintenance of internal and external project codes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of management and control processes through the use of Power BI, Power Query, and the implementation of automation solutions (RPA) between Excel and SAP.
- Control and monitor key financial indicators, and implement automations to ensure control reliability.
- Participate in the evolution of data management tools and repositories.

- Experience working on SAP (FI/CO modules appreciated, without requiring in-depth mastery).
- Development of automation solutions with Power Query, Power BI, and RPA tools.
