In the TRS Accounting team at PwC Poland, we provide comprehensive accounting and tax services to clients from various sectors. We engage in interesting and diverse projects, such as preparing financial statements for audit, tax settlements based on client data, and secondments to client financial departments. We constantly improve our work through the automation of repetitive processes and the implementation of new technological solutions. We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team. This Senior Accountant role at PwC Poland offers a dynamic environment for professional growth in financial services and accounting technology. Your future responsibilities will include: managing accounting books, managing corporate tax settlements (CIT, VAT, etc.), preparing financial statements, preparing financial reports for clients, ensuring compliance of books and settlements with accounting and tax laws, involvement in other interesting finance projects, communication with clients and colleagues, and supervising the work of less experienced team members.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting services firm or as an independent accountant in the real estate sector.
- Very good command of English; knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
- Possess knowledge in accounting and CIT and VAT taxes.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Demonstrate familiarity with new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- Possess analytical skills and the ability to identify problems and seek solutions.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Easily establish and maintain contacts.
