The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders to develop dashboards, build KPI reporting, conduct ad hoc analyses, and support operational decision-making.This is a highly collaborative role suited for candidates who enjoy solving operational problems through analytics and data enablement.What You’ll DoPartner with Prior Authorization leadership to develop operational reporting and KPI frameworksBuild dashboards, reports, and performance tracking toolsWrite and optimize SQL queries to support operational analytics initiativesCreate and maintain views and datasets within SnowflakeConduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and operational improvement initiativesIdentify trends, workflow gaps, and performance opportunities through data analysisTranslate operational needs into scalable reporting solutionsSupport process improvement and operational optimization initiativesEnsure data accuracy and usability across reporting workflowsQualificationsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in:Healthcare AnalyticsOperational AnalyticsRevenue Cycle AnalyticsBusiness IntelligencePrior Authorization AnalyticsAdvanced SQL proficiencyExperience building dashboards and KPI reportingExperience working with Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to partner effectively with operational stakeholdersFamiliarity with healthcare revenue cycle workflowsPreferred QualificationsPrior Authorization operational experienceExperience supporting healthcare operations teamsFamiliarity with denials management and reimbursement workflowsExposure to AI-assisted analytics tools or modern analytics environmentsExperience in diagnostics, laboratory, or specialty healthcare organizationsWhat Makes Someone Successful in This RoleSuccessful candidates:Are technically strong but business-orientedCan translate operational requests into scalable analytics solutionsMove quickly and independentlyPartner effectively with operational leadersBalance technical execution with practical business impactWhy Join This Team?This role offers the opportunity to directly support operational performance and analytics innovation within a rapidly growing healthcare organization.
