Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• The appointment will be on fixed pay basis till the completion of the project.
• No age relaxation is allowed.
• Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date.
• Unclaimed qualification and/or experience shall not be accepted.
• In case of a foreign degree, an equivalency certificate from HEC must be obtained.

How to Apply:

• Interested candidates applying for the posts mentioned at Sr. No 01 to 05 shall first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
• After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates’ personal information) will be generated.
• Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non refundable) through Easypaisa app or Agent, at any branch of UBL Bank.
• After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
• After online apply, don’t send documents / testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials / documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
• Online Application Form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk on 09-04-2026.
• Last date for submission of online Application is 04-05-2026.
• Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to give ported / converted mobile number.
• Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
• No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/ courier means.

General Conditions:

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
• Candidates applying for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 01 to 05 will be required to create a profile on ETEA’s website. After applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be eligible to apply for any post.
• Recruitment / Appointment of Legal Advisor will be on fixed pay as per PC-I for a period of one (01) year or extendible till completion of the project.
• No age relaxation is allowed.
• Screening of Candidates for the posts from Sr. No. 01 to 05 will be based on a test to be prescribed and conducted by ETEA.
• Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
• Recruitment process shall be governed by the provisions of the Project Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Original documents shall be produced at the time of interview.
• Unclaimed qualification & / or Experience shall not be accepted.
• Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of submission of the applications.
• Applications received after due date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
• The candidates working in Government / Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test / interview.
• In case of foreign degree, equivalency certificate from HEC must be provided.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process, increase or decrease the number of posts as per requirement against any post at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.
