• Drive end-to-end process improvement & mining initiatives — from scoping and data preparation to analysis, value quantification, and solution design.
• Build and interpret process mining dashboards and uncover improvement opportunities in operational, financial, and cross-functional business processes.
• Support process reorganization and redesign initiatives, translating analytical insights into optimized target processes and sustainable operating models.
• Leverage AI-powered capabilities to help clients accelerate their enterprise transformation and build future-ready processes.
• Facilitate client workshops, process assessments, and root-cause analyses to identify inefficiencies and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of process improvements and monitor realized value.
• Support clients in establishing a scalable, data-driven process excellence approach and embedding continuous improvement practices.

Profile:

• First experience in process mining, process consulting, business transformation, or similar data-driven improvement fields.
• Strong expertise in at least one core end-to-end process, such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report.
• Ideally, broader process knowledge across additional E2E processes or cross-functional business areas.
• Experience with SAP Signavio, Celonis, or comparable process mining technologies.
• Ability to translate complex data and process insights into clear, value-focused recommendations and actionable process redesigns.
• Solid analytical skills; familiarity with SQL or scripting Python.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills typical of consulting environments.
• Fluency in German and English (both required) — you communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels in both languages.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Power Automate (its a plus).
• A structured, proactive, and impact-oriented working style.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-driven process optimization or automation technologies.
• Knowledge of process modeling standards (e.g., BPMN) or KPI frameworks.
