Eligibility / Qualification Required:
JOB SUMMARY:The Assistant Manager – Administration will be responsible for complete administrative and facility management of the DHA showroom, ensuring a premium, luxury retail environment aligned with brand standards. This position requires strong ownership to manage operations, vendors, staff and compliance while supporting sales, design teams and high-end customer experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Take full ownership of showroom administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
· Ensure end-to-end maintenance of the showroom (civil, electrical, HVAC, lighting, fixtures) with prompt issue resolution.
· Maintain premium showroom standards including cleanliness, ambiance, lighting, fragrance, and display readiness.
· Supervise housekeeping, security, and support staff to ensure discipline and service quality.
· Coordinate with Sales & Design teams for showroom readiness during customer visits and presentations.
· Manage vendors (maintenance, utilities, cleaning, security) ensuring quality service and cost control.
· Monitor utilities and operational expenses and prepare monthly reports.
· Ensure proper scrap handling, storage coordination, and record keeping.
· Maintain all administrative and compliance documentation with timely renewals.
· Handle breakdowns, emergencies, and incidents with immediate response and escalation.
· Ensure showroom security, safety, and risk control compliance.
· Support VIP visits, events, and customer handling to ensure seamless experience
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Education: Minimum Graduation
Experience: 5–6 years, preferably in
premium retail / furniture showroom / facility managementPERSONAL SKILLS: · Strong ownership and accountability
· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
· Hands-on problem-solving ability
· Vendor and team management capability
· Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
