Your Impact: Specialty Pharmacy Liaison Role
As a
Specialty Pharmacy Liaison, you will serve as the
primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their therapy journey and ensuring a seamless pharmacy experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient’s journey from onboarding through refills
- Coordinate timely medication delivery and manage refill schedules
- Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges
- Monitor and promote medication adherence
- Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to resolve issues quickly
- Act as a trusted resource and advocate for patients navigating complex therapies
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the State of employment
- 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- CPhT certification (highly valued)
- 5–8 years of pharmacy technician experience
Core Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and extract key information efficiently

An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $50,000 and $65,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
