To strengthen our Assurance team in the Madrid office, we are looking for Financial Audit Manager professionals to join our team and lead audit projects in companies across various sectors. The selected individual will play a key role in the review and analysis of financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance and the quality of accounting information, as well as in identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities for this critical role include: Plan, coordinate, and execute complete financial audits, ensuring compliance with national and international standards. Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements and internal controls. Identify risk areas, propose recommendations, and support the implementation of improvements. Supervise and train junior teams, ensuring the quality and efficiency of work. Prepare clear and precise reports for management and clients. Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices in the sector.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in financial audit.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, including IFRS and/or GAAP.
- Analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a team and manage projects.
- High level of English.
