Job Summary: Coordinate with technical and operational departments to prepare and update departmental risk registers and provide periodic progress reports to management.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of engineering operations, asset integrity, safety management system (HSE) and reliability practices will be preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 31000, ISO 55001 (Asset Management) and process safety standards (e.g., API, OHSAS/ISO 45001) will be a plus.
• Certification in risk management (CRISC, ISO 31000, CIRM) or HSE related certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH) are desirable.
• PEC registration is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide inputs in the plan to maintain the enterprise risk management system up-to-date.
2. Provide guidance/facilitation in identifying, assessing, evaluating, categorizing, prioritizing, monitoring and controlling significant risks; review and approve risk management methodologies.
3. Provide guidance in identifying and assessing risk and determining adequacy and cost effectiveness of controls.
4. Support processes, systems, procedures and data management capabilities for the enterprise-wide risk management framework.
5. Coordinate with departments to finalize entries in risk registers.
6. Assist technical/operational departments in thorough risk assessment including assets, processes and manpower to identify threats/vulnerabilities, probability and impact.
7. Contact departments to track progress of mitigation actions specified in risk registers.
8. Assist in conducting training and awareness sessions on risk management to build a risk-aware culture.
9. Prepare monthly reporting for management on identified risks and mitigation actions.
10. Highlight risks to accept and support departments in reducing, accepting, transferring or avoiding risks as appropriate.
11. Contribute articles to create risk awareness for publication in company magazines.
12. Ensure compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework in assigned role.
13. Ensure compliance with Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
14. Perform any other task assigned by superiors.
