Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Education: Minimum 16 years of education (majors in Finance, Marketing, Commerce or Economics) from a reputable university / institute recognized by HEC.
- Preferred Qualification: Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Relationship Management role. (Mandatory requirement for shortlisting)
- Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the service offered to the customers is reflective of the Bank’s standards.
- To achieve the agreed service target as given by the Branch Manager and Premium Relationship Manager.
- To develop a potential customer data base for new business development.
- To maintain a list of complaints of premium banking customers and follow-up/ coordinate its resolution with concerns.
- To offer exceptional service to all customers at all times and a satisfactory resolution to all queries.

- Strong interpersonal, marketing and portfolio management skills.
- Excellent understanding of Retail Banking.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
