Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Job Description:
- Assist the CDP in preparing and plating high-quality dishes for both hot and cold sections.
- Execute daily preparation of ingredients, ensuring all stations are fully stocked and organized before service.
- Maintain consistency in recipes, portioning, flavor, and presentation across all dishes.
- Support stock handling, deliveries, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Open to male, Asian nationals, aged 28 to 36 years old.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role covering both hot and cold kitchen sections.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and cold food preparation methods.
- HACCP certification is an advantage.

Salary:
AED 3200 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
