This Intern/Trainee level Compliance Analyst position is within Internal Firm Services, specializing in IFS - Finance within the Technology industry. The Compliance Analyst is responsible for reviewing documentation for both companies and individuals to ensure full compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements and internal policies. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance Review
- Review both Company and Individual documentation to ensure they meet the regulatory requirements specific to each country
- Verify that case decisions, narratives, and supporting evidence align with local regulations and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Flag and document any instances of non-compliance for remediation and escalation
- Country-Specific Regulatory Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for all assigned countries
- Monitor and communicate regulatory changes that may impact case review processes or team SOPs
- Documentation & Reporting
- Ensure all compliance review findings are accurately documented with clear rationale
- Produce regular compliance reports highlighting trends, recurring issues, and areas of concern
- Escalation & Risk Management
- Identify and escalate high-risk compliance gaps or regulatory breaches to the Team Lead, SME, or relevant stakeholders
- Assess the severity and potential impact of non-compliance findings and recommend corrective actions
- Quality Assurance (QA) Support
- Collaborate with the QA team to align compliance checks with quality review processes
- Provide compliance-related input during Quality Huddles and team training sessions
- Support the development and refinement of compliance-related SOPs and checklists
- Public Holiday & Weekend Coverage
- Provide operational coverage during public holidays as required to ensure business continuity
- Support weekend work during peak operational periods to meet client SLAs and deadlines
