Job Description:
- To scrutinize each patient at the time of admission / Procedure / OPD Visit on the bases of standardized Patient Assessment Form and decide the patient's status clearly; Zakat or donation.
- By this scrutiny PWOs will decide status of all patients clearly; zakat or donation then willtake wakala nama (agency) from only Mustahiq e Zakat patients.
- To check Zakat and Donation status report on daily bases at the end of the work to eliminate errors in the patient's status.
- To make monthly inpatient assessments zakat donation report.
- To liaison with other departments (Reception, paramedical staff) for smooth process of welfare procedure.
- Provide patients welfare services & promote better patients relation, according to Shariah objective.
- Responsible for maintaining the entire assigned location in an appropriate and comfortable condition accordance with SOPs / supervisor directives. Responsible to search skip patients (Day Care, OPD Patients) and call them for Patient Welfare assessment.
- Check Daily patient's welfare assessment report. in Responsible to share IHHN's policy to the patient in confidence that all patients are served free of cost and IHHN do not charge even single rupee from patient whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims, poor or rich, affording capacity or not.
- Brief the patient/his attendant/representative about assessment form for medical treatment and tell them that this process is done for all patients irrespective they are rich or poor and also discuss the purpose of filling this form is to decide internally that from which fund we will treat and facilitate the patient.
- Also, brief the patient/his attendant/representative that assessment form is confidential and information taken about patient will not be shared/ disclosed to any other irrelevant department like receptionists, doctors, paramedical staff etc.
- Perform any other task assigned by the immediate Supervisor and/or by the Management that is commensurate with your knowledge and skills.
