Job Description:
- The Supervisor, Phlebotomy is responsible for overseeing phlebotomy operations, ensuring safe and accurate specimen collection, maintaining high patient care standards, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and accreditation requirements.

- Supervise daily phlebotomy services across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency areas.
- Ensure correct patient identification and samples accurately labeled and dispatch to the laboratory.
- Monitor workload and allocate staff to ensure smooth operations and coverage.
- Provide training, guidance, and orientation to new staff in accordance with approved SOPs and standard guidelines
- Manage phlebotomy duty rosters, attendance, leaves and ensure adequate coverage.
