NUST is hiring Manager Open Enrollment Private Sector in Islamabad. This role fits candidates targeting business development, education marketing, admissions growth, corporate training, executive education, and partnership management jobs.

Purpose of the Position :

- To plan, manage, and execute open enrollment executive education programs at IEDC, ensuring smooth administration, logistics, and participant engagement.
- To provide comprehensive support in organizing training programs including marketing, registration, refreshments, accommodation, training material, documentation, and alumni relations.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• MBA/master’s in business, Marketing, or HR from an HEC recognized University


• 6 to 8 years relevant experience in marketing business development admissions training or corporate engagement


• Age Limit: 25-45 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage open enrollment programs for mid to senior-level executives.
- Market programs through digital campaigns, corporate outreach, and alumni networks.
- Handle registrations, fee collection, and program logistics.
- Collect feedback and ensure continuous improvement

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- Strong program and event management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Urdu)
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
- Ability to coordinate logistics (refreshments, accommodation, training material, documentation)
- Knowledge of marketing and outreach for executive education
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Familiarity with NUST/government academic procedures desirable
- Expertise in program marketing and client engagement.
