Overview
ibex. is seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and support both Linux and Windows server environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Linux systems along with solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, core Microsoft services, backups, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Linux and Windows servers.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and DFS services.
- Perform regular system patching and security updates.
- Identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues.
- Manage and verify backups and support disaster recovery activities.
- Maintain documentation and follow change management processes.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Linux and Windows server administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and system management skills.
- Experience with backup solutions and patch management.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
