Architectural Draughtsman

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Architectural Draughtsman to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate architectural drawings and plans to support our innovative building projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Review and revise drawings as needed to reflect changes or updates in the design.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations in Dubai.
• Assist in the development of 3D models and presentations for client approval.
• Maintain proper documentation and organization of all architectural plans and drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in architectural drafting or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Prior 10 years experience in the construction industry in Dubai or the UAE is preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
