Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Supervise and monitor site activities related to tunnel construction, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Coordinate with subcontractors, site teams, and consultants to ensure timely execution of works
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all times
- Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and report on daily activities, delays, and issues
- Assist in planning and sequencing of construction activities to meet project timelines
- Ensure quality control procedures are followed and inspections are carried out as per project requirements
- Support the preparation of method statements, work permits, and risk assessments
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the engineering team
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records of site activities
- Coordinate material delivery, equipment usage, and workforce allocation on site
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with strong exposure to tunnel construction
- Proven experience working with main contractors on large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of tunnel construction methods (e.g., NATM, TBM – preferred)
- Familiarity with site execution, construction sequencing, and technical coordination
- Good understanding of HSE standards and quality control procedures
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based environment
