Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Experience: MS (CS) / MS (IT) / MS (SE) or equivalent (18 years of education) with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. OR BS (CS) / BS (IT) / BSE / BCE / MCS or equivalent (16 years of education) with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS: Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) will be considered a strong advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity and performance issues. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for network and infrastructure-related problems. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers and switches (Cisco, Huawei, or equivalent). Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise firewall solutions (e.g., Sophos, Sangfor, Cisco). Implement and manage Site-to-Site VPN connections and other secure network communication channels. Configure and manage Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Portal, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and related cloud resources. Manage Microsoft Office 365 administration, including user account creation, licensing, and access management. Provide technical support for video conferencing equipment and platforms (Cisco, Huawei, Panasonic). Manage video conferencing sessions and infrastructure. Administer the Zoom platform, including Zoom Admin Portal, Zoom accounts, Zoom Connector, and Zoom Webinar/Seminar accounts. Ensure system reliability, security, and optimal performance of network and IT infrastructure. Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and network changes. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for infrastructure support and service improvements.
