Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are supporting a well-established industrial services business in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia with the appointment of a Field Services Manager to lead operational delivery across pipeline and field maintenance activities.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands live site execution, can manage multiple field crews, and has strong experience working within demanding client environments such as Saudi Aramco and major industrial operators.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate multiple field crews across active client sites
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, manpower, permits, HSE, and execution quality
• Oversee pipeline maintenance and repair activities including integrity-related scopes
• Support composite repair, leak repair, coating, corrosion protection, and tank service projects
• Ensure all documentation, reports, permits, and client paperwork are completed accurately
• Act as the main point of contact with client site representatives during execution
• Drive strong safety standards, discipline, and operational performance

• A practical, respected field leader who can balance crews, clients, safety, and day-to-day execution.

Requirements:
Required Experience
• 10+ years experience within oil & gas / industrial field services
• Proven background in pipeline field operations (not plant piping fabrication)
• Experience working on live pipelines and/or operational plants
• Exposure to composite repairs, pipeline integrity, clamps, coatings, or corrosion protection
• Strong experience managing technicians, supervisors, and multi-site field crews
• Previous work within Saudi Aramco or similar high-standard environments preferred
• Strong English communication skills
Salary:SAR 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
