Key Responsibilities:
Job Summary:This position is responsible to provide excellent customer service and administer the complaint / queries process for online complaints.Job Description:
- Take online queries and complaints courteously and interact with customer to give them their required information.
- Enter complaints accurately with complete details of contact number and address.
- Record all customer and dealers’ complaints and follow predefined appropriate course of action to effectively handling all complaints.
- Ensure repaired product delivery to respective customer at the earliest.
- In case of foam mattress coordinate with the dealer as well as customer to administer the process of foam replacement at the calculated replacement cost.
- Do outbound calls in case of need.
- Answer inbound calls when instructed.
- Any other task assigned by the management regarding customer service / chat support.
Education and Experience:
Education: BA, B.com, BBA or any other equivalent qualification
Experience: 01 to 02 years of chat support experience
SKILLS:
- Customer service skills
- Telephone / CS ethics
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems.
