Eligibility / Qualification Required:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
General
- Develop and maintain monthly financial forecasts covering revenue, costs, and project performance.
- Prepare and update project-level forecasts aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyze actual vs. forecast and budget performance, providing actionable insights to management.
- Develop and maintain cost models to support budgeting, investment, and strategic planning decisions.
- Review monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee revenue recognition processes and ensure proper application of accounting standards.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow planning and working capital forecasting to ensure financial stability.
- Monitor financial inflows and outflows and support effective capital allocation.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies in line with governance frameworks.
- Drive cost control initiatives and ensure adherence to financial policies and standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for new investments and strategic projects.
- Support Board-level decision-making through financial analysis and recommendations.
- Evaluate joint ventures and portfolio performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage and analyze family shareholdings and their performance within the organization.
- Prepare periodic reports on shareholder value creation and business growth impact.
- Recommend strategies to enhance shareholder value, including reinvestment and capital structuring options.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required financial documentation and support.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Utilize SAP systems for financial reporting, analysis, and process automation.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports for performance monitoring and decision support.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes through automation and data analytics.
- Perform additional financial and analytical tasks as required by senior management or the Board.
Requirements:
BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 15+ years of experience in finance, accounting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Strong GCC experience is required.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, revenue recognition, and compliance.
- Experience working within family-owned businesses and distribution networks is preferred.

Salary:
BHD 2,500 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
