About the role Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for an enthusiastic, service-driven Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services team and help create unforgettable moments through genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and personalized service. What you will do Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence from arrival to departure Assist with luggage handling, room escorts, and departure arrangements Provide recommendations and insider tips on Florence's attractions, restaurants, and local experiences Respond to guest requests promptly and accommodating special needs whenever possible Support guests with information about hotel services, events, facilities, and operating hours Greet all guests throughout the lobby and proactively offering assistance Deliver luxury touches, including shoeshine services Perform valet parking duties Maintain a clean and organized luggage storage area Collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Door Staff teams, stepping in wherever support is needed What you bring Previous experience in hospitality or a luxury environment is a plus A genuine passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, proactive, and can-do attitude Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written) Valid driving licence required What we offer: Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package Excellent Training and Development opportunities Employee Discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwide Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms Employee Meals Schedule & Hours: This is a full-time opportunity requiring flexibility to work across rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
