Job Description:
? Handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages accurately and efficiently using travel booking platforms/software
? Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries, issues, and special requests promptly and professionally.
? Ensure all bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements; prepare itineraries, tickets, and travel documents accurately.
? Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm bookings, update availability, and provide management with booking trends and client feedback

Qualifications:
? Open to Tagalog speakers, 32 years old and below
? Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a reservation agent or in travel and tourism customer service.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and suppliers.
? Proficient in travel booking systems and MS Office.
