About the role As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for strategically managing all aspects of our resort operations. Key to the role is providing effective leadership to the entire resort team; directly responsible for key management and indirectly for other employees. What you will do Oversee daily resort operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional guest experiences. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures as per Four Seasons standards. Recruit, train, and manage resort staff, fostering a positive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service and effective problem resolution. Address guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally. Prepare and manage the annual budget, monitoring expenses and revenue. Analyze financial reports to make informed operational decisions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and packages. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with other division heads to ensure the resort is well-maintained, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
