Eligibility / Qualification Required:
• Stakeholder Coordination: Effectively coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders on the Island, including EPC Contractors (Package-1, Package-2, Package-3, and Package-6), Drilling, Logistics, IPMT Projects, and support teams.
• Incident Management: Serve as the Incident Commander, managing integrated ERP systems among EPC Contractors to ensure emergency preparedness, equipment readiness, and personnel training.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the Al Omairah Island Temporary Accommodation Camp and associated utilities (RO, STP, DEG, HVAC, Chillers, FW System) and other projects in the TSF Areas.
• Welfare Compliance: Ensure welfare compliance for all personnel on the Island through audits and welfare meetings.
• Space Management: Manage space allocation changes for EPC Contractors, Drilling, Logistics, and Projects on the existing Island plot plan.
• Transportation Management: Ensure safe vehicle movement and transportation by managing traffic and safe passage on the Island. Oversee marine logistics, site access, and transportation arrangements.
• Medical Coordination: Coordinate with medical personnel for any medical emergencies.
• HSE Compliance: Ensure compliance with HSE programs and waste management systems across the Island.
• Harbor Management: Oversee harbour management and materials handling, ensuring safe implementation of marine and aviation operations.
• Leadership and Strategic Oversight: Provide leadership and strategic oversight for all departments and project package teams via SIMOPS.
• Conflict Resolution: Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve inter-departmental conflicts, and facilitate smooth coordination.
• Resource Optimization: Lead planning and resource optimization for manpower, equipment, and materials on the Island.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Daily Coordination: Conduct daily coordination meetings to enhance communication and collaboration.
• Primary Contact: Act as the primary point of contact between the island team and headquarters/projects leadership.
• Communication Protocols: Establish clear communication protocols across all departments and project package teams.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical or equivalent).
• Minimum 18–25 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• At least 8–10 years in senior site leadership roles (Site Manager / Construction Manager / Project Manager).
• Strong experience in offshore/onshore EPC or PMC projects, preferably with ADNOC or Middle East projects.
