Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by HEC, Pakistan) and / or related professional certification will be considered.
- Experience: Experience in Administration and / or Human Resources and / or Finance, out of which experience in Budgeting and / or Expense Management or experience of working in large scale organization and / or with renowned training institution is required.
- Skills: Sound planning & development function, awareness of prevailing trends and programs in the market, good command on MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely Statements of Training Expenses (MSTE) claims of various regions and ensure the settlement received by the Financial Control Group.
- Manage recovery of expenses received from staff colleges and its settlement from the Financial Control Group.
- Process payment of expenses for payment from the Financial Control Group and draft relevant documents.
- Assist internal auditors by providing any information required by them.
- Prepare budget compliance report as well as annual report for reimbursement of expenses.
- Maintain registers and relevant books / vouchers / data for audit and inspection.
- Handle all HR related matters of the Division's staff.
- Assist executives / officers of the Division.
- Manage and maintain the record of outsourced resources / janitorial and guards of the Division.
- Handle all documents related to all correspondences of all colleges, dead stock, etc. of the Division.
- Provide data of the Division to Head Office whenever required.
- Fulfill administrative needs of the staff of the Division.
- Perform any assignment as assigned by the Wing Head Administration.
