- Service Monitoring
- To conduct service monitoring by visiting various assigned bank segments/ Branches.
- Ability to prepare call reports and share the findings of the monitoring with the concerned unit/segment during the visit.
- Analytics & Process Improvement
- Aptitude to perform gap analysis and identify root causes.
- To ensure the smooth functioning of process improvement initiatives within the designated segment/unit
