We are offering opportunities in the following areas: F&B - Service, In Room Dinning, Host/Hostess, Bar – March/April 2026 Culinary- Kitchen – Feb 2026 Pastry –(6 months) - Feb/March 2026 Rooms – Front Office, Guest Experience, Concierge, Reservations, SPA Receptionist (6 months) – Feb/March 2026 Housekeeping – Feb 2026 Sales & Marketing (6 months) – Feb 2026 Catering & Conference (Events) (6 months) – March 2026 Finance (6 months) – Feb/March 2026 People & Culture (background in Communication or Marketing) (6 months) – Feb 2026 What we expect from our interns: Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team work approach. Philosophy aligned with our Golden Rule- people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both English and Portuguese. Legal right to work in Portugal. Monthly allowance (80% of the Guaranteed Minimum Monthly Remuneration 2026, according to the amount established by the Portuguese Labor Code) Free meals in our staff canteen during shift.
