In this role you will help drive and measure performance against the sales team’s key performance indicators. You will be a hands-on operator driving process optimization to maximize your team’s capacity.You will be a thought partner to sales leadership and ensure we are operating at the highest level through operational excellence. You will ensure process and policy adherence, and partner with the Enablement team to set up sales team members for success. This role is critical to achieving our growth objectives, ensuring Sales leadership has the insights they need to manage performance, the funnel is visible and healthy, and our tech stack is running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the execution of core SalesOps processes such as lead distribution, account assignment, quota setting, and performance managementSupport pipeline hygiene and reporting across Awareness → Commit stagesBuild and maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and sales productivityReport and analyze daily, weekly and monthly key performance metrics across the team, highlighting trends and proactively flagging issues to Sales LeadershipDevelop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for Salesforce for AE/xDR teamsOptimize sales tech stack, including but not limited to Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper & Gong to maximize efficiencyPartner with Sales Ops leadership to execute forecasting cadences and pipeline reviewsTroubleshoot data integrity issues and recommend process improvementsWork cross-functionally with business systems and enablement partners to launch new initiatives for the sales teamQualifications4+ years experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startupsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into actionExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsTrack record of continuous process improvement with strategic impactAbility to work autonomously to drive projects to complete and deliver high quality resultsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needsProven success working cross-functionally to achieve revenue targetsGTM tech-stack experience preferred (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong)Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teamsFor full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
