Eligibility / Qualification Required:
A respected Emirati family based in Al Ain is seeking an experienced Private Chef to manage daily meal preparation for the household. The ideal candidate must be Hindi-speaking , have prior UAE experience, and be well-versed in Emirati local cuisine. The role requires flexibility, professionalism, and prior experience working in private households.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals according to the family’s preferences, with a strong focus on Emirati local dishes.
- Plan menus in coordination with the family, considering dietary needs, cultural preferences, and special occasions.
- Handle food preparation for family events and gatherings when required.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen at all times.
- Manage kitchen inventory, grocery planning, and proper storage of food items.
- Coordinate with household staff (helpers/drivers) when required.
- Ensure timely meal preparation, including during family travel if needed.
Requirements
- Hindi speaker (mandatory)
- Proven experience working as a Private Chef in the UAE
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Emirati / UAE local cuisine
- Prior experience working with Emirati families or private household.
- Good personal hygiene, grooming, and professional attitude
- Flexible with working hours and household requirements
- Willing to work in Al Ain.
