This position is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and quality control of building systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections to ensure smooth functionality. It involves managing the daily activities of the engineering team and providing a leadership guideline in supporting property and building management ensuring compliance with technical standards with cost efficiency. The role demands a self-starter individual with a hands-on experience of engineering functions to maintain efficient operations.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred).
Experience Required:
- At least 8 - 10 years of proven leadership experience in an international hotel chain.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business results while maintaining service excellence.
- Knowledge of global hospitality trends, systems, and best practices.
