Remedy Host PT/FT Seasonal About the role:  The Host is the guest’s first impression of the restaurant, with knowledge of seating chart, reservation system, menus, and guest preferences. What you will do:  Responsible for greeting and seating guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.   This position will also be responsible for answering the phones, confirming reservations and making new reservations. This position may also respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.  This position must be adaptable as they may be asked to work in any of the F&B outlets at the property as needed. What you bring:  Previous experience in fast paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience Ability to operate computer equipment. This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity. Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.  Ability to speak Spanish preferred. Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
