Your Responsibilities:
- Registration of employment history
- Verification of the process of additional employee remunerations
- Preparation of answers to current employee questions (concerning, among others: monthly salary, accrued leave, changes in employee personal data)
- Verification of employees' social and tax data
- Ongoing email and telephone contact with the client
Our Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of German
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word programs
- Good work time organization
- Very well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and accuracy in performing duties
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Experience in Human Capital Management will be an additional asset
- Knowledge of SAP and Workday system will be an additional asset
