Eligibility / Qualification Required:
The Branch Manager, as the captain of the branch, is responsible for driving business growth, deposit mobilization, trade, SME lending and cross-sell initiatives while ensuring seamless operations and regulatory compliance. This role drives sales, fosters customer relationships, maintains team discipline, and upholds service excellence to achieve strategic goals.
- To drive business growth through strategic focus on Current Accounts (CA), Cross-Selling, Trade Finance, and SME Banking.
- Focus on strengthening customer relationships through proactive engagement and personalized financial solutions according to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- To ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulations set by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
- Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the branch, ensuring a hygienic, organized, and well-maintained workspace that enhances the overall customer experience while supporting seamless operational efficiency.
- Ensuring optimal service levels is mandatory in alignment with Service Quality guidelines to uphold excellence in customer experience and service delivery.
- Ensuring appropriate staffing, continuous development, and career growth to build a skilled, motivated, and high-performing branch team.
