Manager, Commercial Program Delivery (14-month contract) This exciting role is a key contributor to the Commercial Enablement team with a focus on the planning, oversight, and successful delivery of the Commercial program portfolio to help us deliver on our strategic plan and achieve key metrics, with the following 2 focuses: 1. Portfolio Management â Supports the Commercial Portfolio Management program, including ongoing prioritization, tracking and reporting of our strategic project portfolio. Responsible for identifying and communicating risks, supports the development of risk mitigation strategies and ensures alignment to strategic business objectives. Supports with annual planning activities and helps translate key objectives into actionable project initiatives with clear timelines, ownership, and definitions of success with a keen eye for optimization opportunities to maximize value delivery. 2. Program Execution & Oversight â In select circumstances, serves as a project manager for key strategic, cross-functional initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution. Supports the development and delivery of end-to-end project plans, ensuring initiatives are effectively operationalized and successfully implemented in the field. Provides ongoing oversight of program progress, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures programs are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned to strategic objectives. The Manager, Commercial Program Delivery is a strategic and results-driven leader with a strong background in program and project management, portfolio planning, data analysis, and executive-level reporting. The incumbent brings demonstrated experience leading and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives, partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders to drive alignment; connect workstreams and support a mandate to enable our teams to deliver results. The incumbent has advanced capabilities in building systems and processes to support portfolio governance, prioritization and performance tracking, with the ability to synthesize information into clear actionable insights; with strong verbal and written presentation skills. What Youâll Be Doing: Portfolio Management Key contributor in development and documentation of annual and quarterly program and initiative plans/priorities; ensuring alignment with our overall Commercial strategy. Works closely with project and initiative owners to drive accountability for delivery, gather and synthesize progress updates, highlight and track delivery barriers and support ongoing prioritization and trade-off discussions in line with business priorities. Supports monthly portfolio performance analysis and reporting to the Commercial Leadership Team, maintaining oversight of the overall portfolioâs health. Assesses and supports prioritization and management of different project dimensions, including resourcing/capacity, funding, and risks/issues. Guides informed decision making and provides support/recommendations to mitigate risks and overcome delivery challenges. Identifies and leads initiatives to improve operational effectiveness, enhancing productivity and impact by making decision processes more effective. Owns and drives the Commercial awards process, partnering with property teams and key stakeholders across multiple Commercial functions to ensure alignment and execution. Coordinates with teams across Four Seasons to understand, identify and manage dependencies (including Operations, Technology, Finance, etc.) Coordinates key presentations working across the team to develop cohesive materials â including Townhalls, Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Property Guidance, Ownership/Board documents, Offsites, etc. Program Execution & Oversight Maintains strong alignment with key strategic programs and initiatives, driving the design and operationalization of governance structures and project delivery frameworks to enable effective execution. In select circumstances, serves as a project manager for key cross-functional strategic programs, organizing and mobilizing teams to deliver best-in-class execution from initial structuring and planning to implementation. Engages with various stakeholders, including executives, project managers, team members, properties, and partners, to ensure a clear understanding of the program direction and progress. Highlights success and opportunities in a balanced manner with a continuous-improvement mindset. Plays an active role in supporting overall change management and team engagement activities as required, role-modelling excellence. What You Bring: 5+ years progressive experience in program and project management, consulting, strategy, planning, or change management / transformation initiatives. Post-secondary degree. Experience within travel and hospitality an asset. Experience working across a diverse group of stakeholders to bring together ideas, drive a clear mandate and agenda to keep the team focused on delivering key results. Ability to connect enterprise priorities to actionable programs and outcomes Experience supporting delivery of strategic priorities and initiatives from planning through execution and field implementation Advanced skills in program/project management disciplines; including experience with project management software (e.g., monday.com). Understanding of travel and hospitality industry. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel. Strategic portfolio management. Data-driven and analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into meaningful recommendations and actions. Drives executive-level decision-making by synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Leads stakeholder alignment across functions, effectively influencing without authority to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives. Resource and budget management skills. Ability to handle competing priorities and re-prioritize as required. Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to effectively engage and influence leaders and team members across the organization. Possesses a continuous improvement mindset and takes personal responsibility and ownership as a self-starter.
